ABOUT ORDERING & DELIVERY
1) HOW TO ORDER?
Simple steps to shopping at Magenta Monday! :)
STEP 1: Click on your chosen item to view it's details. To view the item in different colours or sizes (if applicable), click on your desired colour or size in the product description on the right hand side.
STEP 2: Enter the quantity you wish to purchase, and click on the button 'ADD TO BAG’. This will lead you to your Shopping Bag, where you can choose to continue browsing, or make payment for your chosen item(s).
STEP 3: Repeat steps (1) and (2) if you wish to add more items to your shopping bag.
STEP 4: Click on ‘PROCEED TO CHECKOUT’ once you’ve finished your shopping and finalized your choices!
STEP 5: If you've shopped with us before (on this website), you will be prompted to Log In before you can proceed to the next step. If it's your first time shopping with us, simply fill in your particulars and an account will be immediately created for you! You will then be able to order each time without having to fill in your details again and again! The account also allows you to log in at any time to check on the status of your orders. You will also be automatically added to our mailing list and we will keep you updated about our latest collections, promotions, and other fun stuff!
STEP 6: Confirm your mailing address and preferred mode of shipping (Normal or Registered)
STEP 7: Choose your payment mode and click on "PLACE ORDER" for your confirmed order to be sent to us! An auto generated order confirmation email will then be sent to your mailbox.
STEP 8: After you have made payment, reply to our email with your payment details in the following format:

If you made an ATM transfer, please attach a clear snapshot of your receipt! (Scans are not allowed)
Payment is to be made to the following account:

STEP 9: You will receive our confirmation email once your payment has been verified and another notification email when your item(s) have been shipped out.
STEP 10: Voila! Receive your Magenta Monday loot in approximately 3-4 working days! :)
2) WHAT IS A DEAD BUYER?
A dead buyer is someone who orders via the website, does not make payment within the 24-hour time frame, and does not to reply to any of our reminder emails. We will then offer the item to the next available buyer.
3) WHAT HAPPENS WHEN AN ITEM IS PENDING/ SOLD OUT?
If an item is pending/ sold out, please email us at email@example.com or leave a comment on our Contact Us Page with the name of the item you are interested in. We will then contact you should anyone drop their order or if additional pieces are made available.
4) I DID NOT RECEIVE AN INVOICE FOR MY PURCHASE
Please check the junk folder of your email box as the invoice could have landed up in there. If it is neither in your inbox nor junk folder, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
5) DO YOU HAVE A SIZE GUIDE?
We currently provide mostly free-sized apparel. Under each Product Description, we will provide the item's measurements and sometimes a rough gauge of the range of sizes it can fit. We will also indicate the model's size and height as an additional guide.
6) WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Internet Banking/ATM Transfers
We currently only accept payment via bank transfers. DBS/POSB Internet Banking or ATM Transfers are preferred.
Interbank transfers are also accepted but please note that interbank transfers take about 3 days to be processed so please allow a longer time for payment verification.
6) I HAVE A DISCOUNT CODE, HOW CAN I USE IT IN PAYING FOR MY ORDERS?
Simply key in your discount code at the Shopping Bag page and click 'APPLY COUPON', and your total amount will change accordingly.
■ Please note that only one discount offer can be used at a time.
■ Please always check the terms and conditions supplied with the code.
1) HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED OUT?
You will receive a confirmation email once your payment has been verified and another notification email when your item(s) have been shipped out.
Alternatively, you can log into your account our our website and check the status of your order!
Pending - means we have not yet received your payment or are still in the midst of verifying it.
Processing - means we have verified your payment already and are in the process of preparing your parcel to be sent out.
Shipped - Your parcel has been mailed!
2) WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN NORMAL AND REGISTERED POSTAGE?
NORMAL POSTAGE costs a flat fee of $1.50 regardless of the number of items you've ordered.
Please note that Singpost order tracking is not available for normal postage deliveries.
Magenta Monday is not to be held responsible for lost parcels. We strongly encourage you to opt for registered postage to safeguard your parcel.
REGISTERED POSTAGE costs a flat fee of S$3.74 regardless of the number of items you've ordered.
You will receive the Registered Article No. once we have mailed out your parcel and you can track your parcel on the Singpost website in the next 48 hours.
Please note that the postman will leave a notification slip at your door if there is no one to receive the parcel at the mailing address on delivery. The notification slip will advise how you can retrieve your parcel from the nearest post office.
Please allow 4 full working days for your parcel to arrive. Should you need any assistance, please feel free to contact us at email@example.com, and we will get back to you as soon as we can.
2) I HAVE RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE ITEM
Here at Magenta Monday, we aim to provide our customers with quality items. We sincerely apologize to have mailed out a defective item. Please click here for more details on our Exchange Policy.
3) I HAVE RECEIVED AN INCORRECT ITEM IN MY ORDER / AN ITEM IS MISSING FROM MY ORDER
We sincerely apologize for the error and seek your kind understanding. :(
